The women behind the magic…

Kristina Steinberg

Founder & Instructor

Born and raised in Steamboat Springs into an athlete family, Kristina grew up as a competitive alpine ski racer and dancer. From an early age, she was taught to push herself and her teammates. Her Pilates journey began early as well — her mom got certified when Kristina was three — and it soon became cross-training for her athletics throughout her competitive career.

She believes Pilates is what kept her free from sports-related injury over the years, and it's given her confidence in her body's ability to perform and bounce back when needed. Helping others find their own deep strength and proper alignment — so they can keep doing the sports they love, longer — is her passion.

Athletic Reformer is her signature, though lately she's been loving the Tower. In her class, expect to be form-corrected, pushed to your limits, and sore tomorrow. You'll thank her later.

Meg Andersen

Instructor

Growing up as a competitive ski racer, Meg has always made movement a huge part of her life. She loves being active and finding ways to keep both her body and mind strong and healthy.

After a significant back injury while ski racing, she was introduced to Pilates as a form of physical therapy. What started as part of her recovery quickly became a passion, and she has been practicing ever since. Pilates completely changed the way she understood movement, strength, and body awareness, and she loves sharing that experience with others.

As a certified Pilates instructor, Meg incorporates elements of classical, contemporary, and athletic Pilates into her teaching. Her specialty and favorite classes to teach are Athletic Reformer and Jumpboard Reformer, where strength, endurance, coordination, and a little sweat come together.

Her goal is to create challenging, dynamic classes that help clients feel stronger, more connected to their bodies, and confident in what they can do.

Lora Labaree

Instructor

Lora is a BASI-trained Pilates instructor with more than 25 years of experience in Pilates and movement education. She discovered Pilates while rehabilitating a dance injury at the University of California, Irvine, where she majored in Dance and Education.

A former professional dancer, Lora spent a decade performing with Disney and two years internationally at Tokyo DisneySea in Japan. Her credits include television commercials, ABC holiday specials, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Live with Regis and Kelly, movie premieres, and Soarin’ Over California.

Lora brings her extensive movement experience into every session with a personalized, encouraging, and detail-oriented approach. She is passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, improve mobility, build lasting strength, and move with greater confidence—both in the studio and in everyday life.

Morgan Cox

Instructor

A Steamboat Springs local, Morgan was first introduced to Pilates through physical therapy following hip surgeries at a young age. Inspired by her own recovery and the role Pilates played in rebuilding her strength, she went on to become certified in Reformer Pilates.

She loves making Pilates approachable, showing how it can complement strength and athletic training while supporting the body through injury and post-surgical recovery. Having lived that process herself many times, she understands that recovery is both physical and mental—and that movement is a gift worth making part of everyday life.

In addition to teaching, Morgan works as a luxury wedding planner and loves spending her free time outside, in the mountains.

Movement has taught her what it means to feel good in her body—and she believes the goal isn't just to get stronger, but to stay strong enough to keep doing the things you love.
